First your doctor need put research MRI(IMG code 4338) order in EPIC system and make sure the order is signed .  Then you need send a print copy of the order and patient's signed MRI safety screen form to radiology registration 48 hours ahead of time to do registration. Email address is  RADMRIResearchReg@exchange.johnshopkins.edu. You can CC email to us so we are aware of your patient's MRI safety status. 
When the day of study you need check in your patient in person or call registration . The extension number is 56126, after 3pm , 79729.

We can deidentify your patient's name in CD/DVD, DISK , HD. You need to fill out MRI service center Identification form . you do need to include your patient's name in it.

Usually, you will check in your patient 30minutes before your study 'a appointment time.
